- Amendment 0003 11/7/2016 Issued Amendment 0003 to answer contractor questions ** 10/17/2016 Issued Amendment 0002 to answer contractor questions ** 09/01/2016 Issued Amendment 0001 announcing a site visit - copy attached ** DLA Aviation Richmond is issuing a solicitation to procure one each of a CNC Vertical Turning Machine. The solicitation is intended to result in a Firm, Fixed Price Contract with completion requested in 120 days ARO Request for Quote SPM4A8-16-Q-0115 is Full and Open Competition. A complete technical data package, DLA-A-VIBB-15-20-1200, including all design, fabrication, supplies, labor, accessories, installation, and training requirements is included as a part of the solicitation. FOB will be at Destination with preliminary inspection at Origin and final inspection and acceptance at Destination The solicitation will issue on 8/10/16 and close on 9/12/16. This synopsis serves to meet the requirements to post solicitations as the RFQ is NOT available on DIBBS. The solicitation will be issued and evaluation performed utilizing FAR 13.5 under the guidance of the Permanent Authority for Use of Simplified Acquisition Procedures. A copy of the solicitation is attached.
