- N00164-17-R-GR79 - Overhaul/refurbish of the AN/SPS-49 Voltage Regulator and Powerstat Assemblies, and Variable Transformers - Federal Supply Codes (FSC): 6110- NAICS 334511 - Anticipated RFP issue date is 07-November-2016. The anticipated closing date is 07-December-2016 2:00 PM EDT. Original synopsis posted as N00164-16-R-GR79, Now synopsized and solicited as N00164-17-R-GR79 The Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division intends to solicit and award a single five-year indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ), firm-fixed price (FFP) contract for the overhaul and refurbish of the AN/SPS-49 Voltage Regulators; Powerstat Assemblies, and Variable Transformers in accordance with (IAW) the requirements outlined in the technical data package. The IDIQ minimum quantity is 1/each, and the total IDIQ maximum quantity is 52/each. The Government intends to award the responsible Contractor whose offer represents the best value to the Government considering past performance and technical requirements IAW the statement of work (SOW). IT IS ANTICIPATED THAT THIS RFP WILL BE 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. The following Contract line Items (CLINs) are anticipated: CLIN 0001 - Evaluation for beyond economical repair (BER) Voltage Regulator (P/Ns: G607118-3 and 705111-3) - minimum of 0/ea; maximum of 10/ea - FSC: 6110 CLIN 0002 - Standard overhaul/refurbishment of Voltage Regulator - FSC: 6110 CLIN 0003 - Major overhaul/refurbishment of Voltage Regulator - FSC: 6110 CLIN 0004 - Evaluation for BER Powerstat Assembly (P/Ns: 222506-001) - minimum of 0/ea; maximum of 4/ea - FSC: 5905 CLIN 0005 - Standard overhaul/refurbishment of Powerstat Assembly - FSC: 5905 CLIN 0006 - Major overhaul/refurbishment of Powerstat Assembly - FSC: 5905 CLIN 0007 - Evaluation for BER Powerstat Assembly (P/Ns: 203041G1) - minimum of 0/ea; maximum of 6/ea - FSC: 5998 CLIN 0008 - Standard overhaul/refurbishment of Powerstat Assembly - FSC: 5998 CLIN 0009 - Major overhaul/refurbishment of Powerstat Assembly - FSC: 5998 CLIN 0010 - Evaluation for BER Variable Transformer (P/Ns: 711808-1) minimum of 0/ea; maximum of 15/ea - FSC: 5950 CLIN 0011 - Standard overhaul/refurbishment of Variable Transformer - FSC: 5950 CLIN 0012 - Major overhaul/refurbishment of Variable Transformer - FSC: 5950 CLIN 0013 - Evaluation for BER Variable Transformer (P/N: 710070-1); minimum of 0/ea; maximum of 5/ea - FSC: 5950 CLIN 0014 - Standard overhaul/refurbishment of Variable Transformer - FSC: 5950 CLIN 0015 - Major overhaul/refurbishment of Variable Transformer - FSC: 5950 CLIN 0016 - Data: CDRLs: A0001, A0002, and A0003 Delivery will be FOB Destination 300 highway 361, Crane, IN 47522: Evaluation report submitted within10 days after receipt of order (ARO); Standard overhaul within 45 days ARO; and, Major overhaul within 75 days ARO. Selection shall extend to the Government a standard sales warranty provided that the warranty is available at no additional cost to the Government. Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). No hard copies of the solicitation will be mailed. Offerors must be submitted in the format specified in the solicitation to be considered. When the solicitation is available, all responsible parties may submit a proposal for this procurement which will be considered by the Government. This is not an Request For Proposal (RFP).
