- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Fort Jackson has a requirement to supply the 81st Regional Support Command's lodging during Yellow Ribbon Events being held during Fiscal Year 17, 18, and 19 planned for Orlando, FL.. Provide hotel rooming, meeting space and meals for up to 500 attendees and staff. Solicitation W9124C-16-R-2016 will be issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) using the procedures outlined in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 and 13. It is anticipated that this requirement will be awarded as a fixed-price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract. The anticipated period of performance will be 10 January 2017 to 30 September 2019, resulting in a 12 month base year and two (2) 12 month option period. The Primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 721110, Hotels (except Casino Hotels) and Motels with a size standard of $32.5 million. This procurement will be unrestricted competition. The RFQ will be available electronically at http://www.fbo.gov on or about 18 November 2016. Quotes will be due no earlier than 20 days after the RFQ becomes available.
