- Description
- The proposed procurement is for (1) NSN 6240-00-143-6558. There is a complete data package, with no restrictions, to which the Government has rights. The Government CAGE associated with the drawing is CAGE 96906. Anticipated contract type is an Indefinite Quantity Contract. This proposed procurement contains an option to extend the Basic Year one or more times at the discretion of the Government. Items are to be shipped to various locations within the established minimum and maximum quantity limits, on an as needed basis. The total contract shall not exceed five (5) years. This procurement will be solicited as a Total Small Business Set Aside (NAICS 335110 Size Standard 1,250). This will be a commercial procurement utilizing FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items procedures. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of the offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance as described in the solicitation. Refer to Section ""M" of the solicitation. This solicitation will open on or about December 05, 2016. The contract specialist will not be able to provide copies of the solicitation. The solicitation will not be available e until the issue date at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/rfp/.
