- SF18 Request for Quote This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for non-commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Synopsis/Solicitation N00178-17-T-0005 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulation. This requirement is not eligible for small business set-aside. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), intends to procure on a sole source basis from MC2 SABTECH HOLDINGS, INC. DBA: IXI Technology, 22705 Savi Ranch Pkwy Ste. 200, Yorba Linda, CA 92887-4604 the product listed on the attached SF18 Request for Quote. The requested equipment supports AEGIS Technical Insertion (TI) 16 development at Combat System Engineering Development Site (CSEDS) in Moorestown, New Jersey for the OASIS site simulation system. The OASIS system is based on a specific infrastructure and is fully compatible with the IXI Technology components. The Combat Systems Engineering Agent (CSEA) requested this equipment as proprietary protocols; design and manufacturing methods have revealed incompatibility issues with equipment of other brands. In order to maintain connectivity and uniformity, the components must be compatible in all aspects (form, fit and function) Please include shipping/freight cost for FOB destination Dahlgren, VA 22448-5114. Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) will be utilized for award in accordance with FAR Part 13. The order shall be firm fixed price. All responsible sources including authorized resellers may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. In order to be eligible for award, firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Offerors may obtain information on registration in SAM by calling 866-606-8220, or via the Internet at https://www.sam.gov. Quote is due 14 November, no later than 1200 p.m. EST.
