- *** Revised SOW, v5. 11.07.2016 - to remove Quarterly Reports*** 2016 Annual Report Government Response to Potential Offeror Questions II: Q.2.1. Section 2.2.1 (Derived Waste), states: "The AST is equipped with a submersible pump and carbon drum for removal and treatment of water from the tank. The Contractor shall, as needed, pump water from the bottom of the AST through the carbon drum and discharge to ground surface. Accumulated LNAPL is periodically removed by PIADC personnel and stored on site until it is filtered and used to fuel a used-oil burner that provides heat to PIADC's warehouse." Is it the contractor's responsibility to replace the carbon drum (if necessary), and if so is that considered "routine" maintenance or "non-routine" (miscellaneous)? Government Response: Misc funds. Carbon drum replaced every 4 or 5 years. Currently one-year old. Q.2.2. Would it be possible to obtain an electronic copy of the most recent annual O&M report (preferably), or one of the quarterly monitoring reports? Government Response: See Annual Report Attached. There is no requirement for quarterly reports. It is not on cost sheet but inadvertently left in SOW. Also, see revised SOW Attached, v.5 11.07.2016
