- STATEMENT OF WORK This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format outlined in FAR Subpart 12.6, FAC 2005 89 (August 2016) and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Request for Quotations number is HSCG80-17-Q-45277 and is issued ad a requested for quotations (RFQ). This acquisition is issued set-aside 100% for Small Business. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 336611 and the business size standard is 1000. The resultant purchase order will be awarded using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR 13.106 apply. The U.S. Coast Guard intends to award on an all or none basis to a responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be the most advantageous to the Government. Award will be lowest price technically acceptable. The Coast Guard intends to award on a Firm Fixed Price Contract. A. REQUIREMENT: 1. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment to repair the number 1 main propulsion engine cylinders B1 and A1. See Statement of Work (attached as a separate document) for additional information. 2. Travel Cost: Total cost for transportation, lodgings, meals, and incidentals and shall not exceed on a daily basis the maximum rates as set forth in the Federal Travel Regulations, the Joint Travel Regulation, and in the case of foreign travel, the Standardized Regulations. 3. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which if timely received, shall be considered by the Agency. Companies must have valid DUNS numbers and be registered with SYSTEMS FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM) (www.sam.gov) and shall provide the company Tax Information Number (TIN) with their offer. Interested Offerors having the expertise and required capabilities are invited to submit a Firm Fixed Price proposal that will be considered by the agency. Proposals must be submitted on company letterhead stationery and must include the following information (1) Cost Breakdown, (2) Unit Price, (3) Extended Price, (4) Total Price, (5) Payment Terms, (6) Discount offered for prompt payment,(7) Company DUNS and Cage Code. The closing date and time for receipt of quote is November 9, 2016, at 1:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made.
