- RFI Scope and Complexity Draft Performance Work Statement RFI The USCG is conducting market research to obtain contractor support in assisting federal agencies in earning clean full scope financial statement audit opinions as well as to provide Contractor support services for the full range and depth of Financial Transformation (FT) Verification and Validation efforts for the mission of financial management and financial system transformation No decision for the socio-economic status has been made as our Market Research is ongoing and will be determined after reviewing all capability statements. If your company falls into multiple socio-economic programs, please ensure the compliance of each socio-economic status is detailed and evident in your capability statement.
