The purpose of this Amendment 00001 is to provide responses to technical questions. VA241-17-Q-0033 Questions Question: Are we to witness inspection "only" or perform and witness the entire  test? Answer: Witness the inspection. Question: Could you please provide the incumbent contract number? If not, is this a new requirement? Answer: This is a new requirement. Question: is your division only accepting quotations from "Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business" with QEI qualified and certified inspectors or is it open to all small business QEI qualified and certified firms that perform elevator inspections? Answer: Yes, only Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses.
