- SF-18 U.S. Government ~ Tax Exempt Solicitation Information All quotes/responses shall be submitted via email to Beatriz A. Rojas at Beatriz.Rojas@navy.mil no later than 11:59 PM Eastern Standard Time on 11 Nov 2016. Solicitation N00421-17-T-0028 is issued as a Brand Name procurement. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a Brand Name basis for DELL PowerEdge R530 Servers (See Section C in RFQ for details), under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 13.106-1(b). DELL is the Original Equipment Manufacturer. Only DELL Brand Name responses will be considered. No substitutes or alternates accepted. Items must be new. Must be authorized DELL distributor. Manufacturer/Distributor return and warranty policies shall apply. This procurement is a total set-aside for small business under the authority of FAR Part 52.219-6. This is a firm fixed-price procurement; therefore, the offeror's initial offer should represent the vendor's best quote in terms of price and technical acceptability. Quote must contain enough technical information for evaluation. Evaluation will be solely on its content. ***Instructions to Offerors*** Must complete clause 52.209-11 in Section K and submit along with quote.
