- Scope of Work - iMED Consent SF 1449 This Acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The Santa Fe Service Unit, Indian Health Service has a Requirement to purchase iMED Consent Software Program Interface, Installation, Professional Services, Software License, Annual Renewal/Support Agreement and Signature Pads. Prospective Offerors may review the solicitation which is available at http://www.fbo.gov under RFQ number: 17-242-SOL-00007. The Offeror can submit, electronic proposals are acceptable and can be emailed to patricia.trujillo@ihs.gov The RFQ due date is close of business 4:30PM MST on November 28, 2016.
