- This notice is to post Request for Proposal SPE4A7-17-R-0146 for NSN 1680-00-923-4318 which will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus four-one - year option years. The item being procured is a Seat, Aircraft under part number ACA3503-1V. This procurement will be issued as Unrestricted, utilizing Other than Full and Open Competition 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) and FAR 6.302-1 procedures. The Estimated Annual Demand quantity is 1,207 EA. The approved source of supply is ORO Manufacturing Company CAGE 76912. This item is Export and Configuration Controlled. FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance is Origin. DLA AVIATION RICHMOND does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. The required delivery schedule 282 days. Solicitation issue date is 17 November 2016.
