- This is a construction services procurement for the US Army Corps of Engineers, Portland District to conduct repairs to leaking contraction joints at the John Day Lock and Dam, Rufus, OR. Procurement will utilize a full and open competition solicitation using the best value trade-off procurement method. A firm-fixed-price (FFP) contract is anticipated to be awarded to the offeror that provides the best value to the Government." The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this effort is 237990. This project is open to all qualified, responsive, and responsible firms. After solicitation issuance, contractors may view and/or download the solicitation and all amendments. Specifications and drawings will not be made available in paper format or on compact disk. It is the Offerors responsibility to monitor the FedBizOpps website for amendments to the solicitation. You must be registered in System for Award management (SAM) Database to receive a Government contract award. You may register at: https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/sam/.
