- The Government intends to award a Sole Source, firm fixed price purchase order to IXI Technology (formally SABTECH) as they are the sole approved source of supply of the circuit card assemblies (CCA) per approved Design Control Documents (DCD). An approved DCD exists for each of the parts being procured. The DCDs define specifications and indicate approved sources of supply for each functional part number. As items procured for the SSUSW Lab may be required for future shipboard use, no substitutions are allowed as these items must match the existing fielded shipboard systems. The NAICS code is 334418 and the Small Business Standard is 750 employees, the PSC is 5998. This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items prepared in Accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 - Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Although this acquisition is sole sourced to IXI Technology, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation has a closing date of November 14, 2016. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is N66604-17-Q-0076. The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to purchase the items below on a Firm-Fixed Price Basis: CLIN 0001: Quantity - 5 each of CCA PCI NTDS A 16/32 BIT, MFGR# SE-02106-02 CLIN 0002: Quantity - 9 each of CCA PCI-E NTDS-E, MFGR# SE-04102-00 Delivery shall be 14 weeks after date of order, F.O.B. Destination, Naval Station Newport, RI 02841. Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-91. The provision at FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation. The provision of FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items apply to this solicitation. Clauses FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions--Commercial Items and 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercial Items apply to this solicitation. The following addenda or additional terms and conditions apply: Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) rating is DO-C9 Payment will be through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) see DFAR Clause 252.232- 7006, Wide Area Work Flow Payment Instructions.
