- SF18 COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION #: N00178-17-T-0004 Submitted by: Mirenda Robertson NAICS Code: 541511 FSC Code: D319 Anticipated Date to be published in FEDBIZOPS: 7 November 2016 Anticipated Closing Date: 14 November 2016 Contracts POC Name: Mirenda Robertson Telephone#: 540-653-9864 Email Address: mirenda.robertson@navy.mil Description and Code: D-Information technology services, including telecommunications services - Innoslate Enterprise (Floating) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12 and 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Synopsis/Solicitation N00178- 17-T-0004 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulation. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), intends to procure on a sole source only basis, twelve (12) Innoslate Enterprise (Floating) Licenses. Innoslate is required as it is compatible with the current program requirements and architecture. Innoslate Enterprise tools provide ease of use to manipulate data, metrics and reports within the collaborative and integrated data environment in place. The manufacturer of the software/maintenance is SPEC Innovations. There are no authorized resellers for Innoslate Enterprise. Please include shipping/freight cost for FOB destination Dahlgren, VA 22448-5114. Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) will be utilized for award in accordance with FAR Part 12. The order shall be firm fixed price. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. In order to be eligible for award, firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Offerors may obtain information on registration in SAM by calling 866-606-8220, or via the Internet at https://www.sam.gov. Quote is due 14 November 2016, no later than 12:00 p.m. EST with an anticipated award date by 30 November 2016. Questions and responses regarding this synopsis/solicitation may be submitted by e-mail to (email address). All questions shall be submitted to the Government POC listed no later than 11 November 2016 at 12:00 p.m. EST to allow ample response time before the close of the bidding period.
