- JEFO for Westlaw Subscription The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Information Sharing Services Office (IS2O), Research Library and Information Services (RLIS) requires subscriptions to the Westlaw online research tool which provides online legal, news, and business information research service containing more than 34,300 databases. Additionally, Westlaw provides editorially enhanced legal research materials; unparalleled coverage of news, business, financial, and general information; and a comprehensive collection of public records. This is a membership service between DHS and West Publishing Corporation to provide access to legal research according to an enterprise contract agreement. The contract vehicle will be the FEDLINK Library of Congress IDIQ Direct Express Contract, No. LC14C7139.
