- Drawing Solicitation MLWR17-1052, Repair Aircraft Corresion Control Building 2820, Kunsan Airbase. Funds are not presently available for this project. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. See FAR Subpart 52.232-18 in this solicitation. "THIS IS RFP FOR WORK PLAN TASK ORDER FOR THE FOLLOWING MATOC WORK-PLAN CONTRACTORS ONLY" W91QVN-14-D -0031,0032, 0033, 0035, 0036, 0037, 0038, and 0039. A. Site Visit: Offerors who intend to propose on this solicitation are strongly encouraged to attend site visit. See site visit Clause FAR 52.236-27 Alt I in Section L. Offerors are required to have a valid Korean Identification card when attending the site visit orientation. B. SUBMISSION OF PROPOSAL: Proposal shall be submitted by 13:00 hours on the closing date. a. The PRICING PORPOSAL b. Technical proposal: 1. Offer Breakdown 2. Section K 3. Conceptual Drawings 4. LCS Required Documents C. Submission of Proposal: See Section L for details. If the contractor is unable to submit the proposal in response to RFP, the Contractor shall submit a "No-Offer Letter" by the date and time specified in this solicitation.
