- The Department of the Interior, Interior Business Center, Acquisition Services Directorate, Division IV, Branch III, Boise Office, plans to issue a sole source award for professional support services in accordance with Part 13.106-1 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation to Martek D2D, Inc. Joint Venture, 7910 Woodmont Ave, STE 540, Bethesda, MD 20814. The Office of Aviation Services requires two Computer Systems Analyst positions and four Resource Analyst positions to maintain operations for two months while a 60 month contract is completed under the Small Business Administration ¿s 8(a) program. The NAICS Code is 561110, Office Administrative Services, and the small business size standard is $7.5m. The Product Service Code is R707, Management Services and Contract Support. The Government anticipates a 2 month period of performance.
