- DESCRIPTION: This requirement is for the procurement of Lodging and Conference spaces to be held 4 -6 September, 2017 in Victoria, Canada. Required are guest accommodations from as few as 12 standard single/double occupancy from 30 Aug 2017 through 1 Sep 2017 increasing to 180 from 3 Sep 2017 through 5 Sep 2018 and decreasing to 5 rooms on 8 Sep 2017. Additionally, up to 10 suites will be required from 3 Sep through 6 Sep 2017. The exact combination of rooms required will be included when the solicitation is posted. Eleven meeting rooms are required varying in sizes from 400 sq ft to 2,000 sq ft. Additionally, meeting rooms, catering services, and event support services are required. The solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted to the NECO website: https://www.neco.navy.mil. Complete specifications to be included in the solicitation. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from this website and for frequently monitoring that site for any amendments. The Government is not responsible for any inability of the offeror to access the posted documents. Prospective offerors should register themselves on the NECO website. No telephone or FAX requests will be accepted, and no hard-copy solicitation/amendment will be mailed or Faxed. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation, which shall be considered by FISCPS.
