- JOFOC for EP-C-11-009 Extension to 12-31-2016 Closely Associated - The purpose of this Modification 96 is to extend Option Period 5 by 2 months to December 31, 2016, based on a JOFOC dated October 25, 2016, and the contractor's proposal dated October 20, 2016. This Modification 96 also adds $7,500.00 in incremental funding to Option Period 5.
