- Description
- The purpose of this Amendment 0002 to Solicitation DTFAWA-16-R-06865 is to delete Clause 3.6.2-31 Fair Labor Standards Act and Service Contract Act and issue the industry questions with the Government responses. See attached Amendment. No additional questions will be accepted at this time. Proposals submitted on the original due date of November 4, 2016 will be returned unopened. The FAA will not pay for any information received or costs incurred in preparing the response to this SIR. Any costs associated with this SIR submittal are solely at the interested vendor's expense. The FAA encourages service disabled veteran owned small businesses to submit a proposal to the attached Screening Information Request (SIR). Thank you for your interest in this FAA procurement.
