Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 22, intends to award a firm-fixed-price purchase order on a sole source basis under the authority of Title 38, United States Code (U.S.C.) Sections 8127 8128 and in accordance with VA Acquisition Regulation (VAAR) 819.7007, to In and Out Valet Company, 366 Wendel Road, Irwin, PA 15642-4558. The proposed action will acquire valet parking services for six hundred (600) parking spaces for VA San Diego Healthcare System (VASDHS). This requirement shall be performed at the Contractor s facility and must be within ten (10) driving miles from VASDHS. The period of performance shall begin on January 1, 2017 through December 31, 2017. This notice of intent is NOT a request for capability statements, quotes or proposals. This notice is to comply with the posting requirements identified in FAR Part 5.101. A copy of sole source justification will be subsequently posted within 14 days after contract award in accordance with FAR Part 6.305 (a).
