- Attach A - Section L, Amended 8 November 2016 RFP Amendment 01 Letter Thermal Curtains The purpose of this amendment is to extend the response date and update Section L of RFP FA8609-16-X1-6725, dated 28 September 2016. The Government shall receive proposals IAW Section L, dated 8 November 2016, no later than 2:00 pm (Eastern Standard Time), 8, December 2016, for this RFP. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Questions regarding this RFP are due no later than 22 November 2016, and shall be submitted by e-mail to the Contracting Officer, delana.taylor@us.af.mil with a courtesy copy to the Contract Specialist, brussell.bungay@us.af.mil.
