This combined sources sought/market survey synopsis is for information and planning purposes only; it is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. A contract may not be awarded as a result of the information received regarding this combined sources sought/synopsis. The United States (U.S.) Department of Transportation (DOT), Federal Transit Administration (FTA), Office of Budget and Planning (TBP), intends to procure support services for the National Transit Database (NTD) with Data Migration Scoping. The capability package received from potential, interested parties concerning this sources sought/market survey is not expected to be a proposal but rather specific, detailed information regarding the company's existing experience in relation to the areas specified in the Statement of Objectives (SOO). Respondents who simply submit a standard brochure of its company capabilities may not qualify. Questions about this requirement are to be submitted by 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on Tuesday, November 15, 2016. Questions shall NOT contain proprietary or classified information. The Government does not guarantee that questions received after November 15, 2016 3pm EST will be answered. Capability statement not to exceed 15 pages, including a 1 page response per question in the above matrix. *Included with this announcment is Attachment #1 Statement of Objectives and Attachment #2 Response Matrix *Attachment #2 Response Matrix must be completed in full. Please provide your company's name, point of contact (POC), address, phone number, cage code and your business size under the above NAICS code along with your capability statement. A contract is anticipated. The anticipated period of performance will be one (1) twelve (12) month base period and four (4) twelve (12) month option periods. The place of performance will be within the Continental United States (CONUS). No solicitation mailing list will be compiled. Contractors are responsible for all costs for submitting their capability packages thus such costs are not billable to the Government for payment.
