- Attachment J.2, Certification Attachment J.1, Facility Checklist HSHQDC-17-Q-00010 Full Solicitation Request for Quote (RFQ) HSHQDC-17-Q-00010 to provide facility and related supplies and services for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Science and Technology Directorate (S&T) Cyber Security Division (CSD) 2017 Transition to Practice (TTP) Technology Demonstration Day for the Government Sector conference. The conference will be held January 24, 2016 in Washington, DC. See attached PDF for complete solicitation. A complete quote must include the following: (i) Complete Attachment J.1, Facility Checklist (attached separately in Word) (ii) A single total price (one dollar figure) to include any and all applicable fee(s). The Government is exempt from taxes. (iii) Completed Attachment J.2, Certification for Prohibition on Contracts with Corporate Expatriates (attached separately in Word). Note: If your company is not already registered in the System for Award Management ( www.sam.gov ), you must do so in order to receive the contract award.
