- AMENDMENT 0001 TO THE SYNOPSIS N00164-17-R-WP07 - Overhaul/Refurbishment of AN/SPS-49 Waveguide Switch (P/N 709449) and the Overhaul/Refurbishment of AN/SPS-49 Band Pass IFF Filter (P/N 711809) and/or procure new AN/SPS-49 Band Pass IFF Filter - FSC 5840 - NAICS 334419 - Anticipated RFP issue date 08 NOV 2016 - Anticipated closing 08 DEC 2016 Time - 04:00 PM EST AMENDMENT 0001 TO THE SYNOPSIS The purpose of this amendment is to provide additional delivery information. The Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC), Crane Division intends to solicit and award a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Five Year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ contract(s) for work described above. The Government intends to award to the responsible contractor(s) whose offer is the best value to the government after initial technical acceptability determinations. FAR Part 12 procedures will not be utilized for this effort. The procurement will be solicited as a100% small business set aside in accordance with the procedures at FAR Subpart 19.5. The applicable NAICS Classification is 334419 and the small business size standard is 1000. The following Contract Line Items (CLINs) are anticipated: The following Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) are anticipated: CLIN 0001: Evaluation of Wave Guide Switch CLIN 0002: Overhaul/Refurbish of Waveguide Switch CLIN 0003: Evaluation of Band Pass Filter CLIN 0004: Overhaul/Refurbish of Band Pass Filter CLIN 0005: New Production of Band Pass Filter These systems shall meet the requirements of the NSWC Crane Division Statement of Work and NSWC Crane Division specifications. Delivery will be FOB Destination 300 highway 361, Crane, IN 47522: Evaluation report submitted within15 days after receipt of order (ARO); overhaul within 45 days ARO; and, Production within 75 days ARO. Selection shall extend to the Government a standard warranty provided that the warranty is available at no additional cost to the Government. Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and the Joint Certification Program (JCP) in order to receive the controlled attachments. Offerors may obtain information on SAM registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 1-866-606-8220 or via the internet at https://www.sam.gov. Information about the JCP is located at http://www.dlis.dla.mil. The controlled attachments will be posted to FedBizOps at the same time the solicitation is posted. FedBizOps may be accessed at http://www.fbo.gov. No hard copies of the solicitation will be mailed. Offers must be submitted in the format specified in the solicitation to be considered. This is not a Request for Proposal. All changes that occur prior to the closing date will be posted to the FedBizOpps website. For changes made after the closing date, only those offerors that provide a proposal will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and/or award.
