- JOINT ETHICS AND STANDARDS OF CONDUCT INSTRUCTIONS The Alabama National Guard invites small businesses in construction, engineering and management, communications, computer and electric products, medical equipment and services, safety and security, education and training, office supplies, furniture and office design, logistic support, information technology supplies and services, janitorial supplies and services and related fields to participate in the 2016 Alabama National Guard Small Business Network Event to be held at the Joint Forces Readiness Center, Montgomery, Alabama on Wednesday, 7 December 2016. The purpose of the event is to highlight small business capabilities and allow buyers, contracting officers, technical personnel, and private industry representatives, the opportunity to visit with small business vendors in a focused environment. This is an opportunity for your small business to exhibit your capabilities to meet the mission of the Alabama National Guard. Application packages must be received in the United States Property & Fiscal Office, Attn: Purchasing & Contracting by 22 November 2016. Exhibition space is limited and ONLY small businesses registered in the System for Award Management ( https://www.sam.gov ) will be permitted to exhibit. Approximately twenty-six (26) exhibition tables will be available. * Note: Access to electricity for exhibits may or may not be available. All information must be received by the deadline. If you are interested in exhibiting, complete the attached Application and Security Information Package, and send it to: USPFO for Alabama ATTN: Purchasing & Contracting Post Office Box 3715 Montgomery, Alabama 36109-0715 Or email to: Dorothy.w.boatner.mil@mail.mil Additional instructions are attached to this notice. Applications will be evaluated and selections will be made to ensure representation from various small business categories and capabilities that can support the Alabama National Guard mission. Exhibition will be by selection only. You will be notified of your selection or non-selection by 30 November 2016. Participant selection decisions are the sole discretion of the Small Business Coordinator and are final. Your exhibitor package must contain the following items to be considered complete: ___ Application: 2016 Small Business Network Exhibitor Application ___ Security Information from Exhibitors Information Package * Note: Complete even if you have a government ID/CAC card. Participating exhibitors shall comply with attached "Joint Ethics Standards of Conduct".
