- Period of Performance: 10/17/2016 to 04/30/2017 This award is for a firm fixed-price, ALL-INCLUSIVE snow removal contract. There will be NO additional service line items included. The expected costs to complete the work detailed in the statement of work shall be incorporated into the contractor's proposed monthly price. The level of risk placed on the contractor for such a method of contracting is high. In order to alleviate some of this risk, an equitable adjustments clause is incorporated into this contract.
