- The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price order under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-16-G-0007 to General Dynamics-Ordnance Tactical Systems, Inc. (GD-OTS), 326 IBM Road, Building 862, Williston, Vermont 05495 for the procurement of nineteen (19) domestic and 14 (FMS) A/A49E-7 (V4) Gun Turret Systems. This requirement will be procured in accordance with the statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition under 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1.
