Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 10, Indianapolis VA Medical Center, 1481 W. 10th Street Indianapolis, IN 46202 - 2803, intends to solicit offers for a Surgical Retractor System. Items will be delivered to the Indianapolis VA Medical Center at the address noted above. Contractors that can provide the items that meet the requirements below are requested to send their 1. Company Name, 2. DUNS number, 3. business size under NAICS 339112, 4. If the item(s) are available on a FSS contract or not and the FSS contract number if it is available on contract, 5. Notification if they are a VETBIZ registered VOSB/SDVOSB or not. Surgical Retractor System Features: One person operation; Short set-up time; Adjustable ratchet assembly for upward and outward retraction; Each rake pivots independently; The ratcheting system evenly elevates the sternum in approximate increments of one millimeter per click; and Reversible ratchet allows for quick directional change We are looking for Brand Name or equal to the following: Ratchet/Rake Assembly, 4100-IMF-6 is a retractor to lift an incision site. The ratchet portion of the Rultract Retractor operates as a winch. When lifting, tension generated on the cable is transferred to the self-locking gearbox. The ratcheting system evenly elevates the sternum at approximate increment of 1mm per click and locks into place. Rake plate and rakes pivot independently to adapt to the configuration of the sternum. Spline Set allows top post to angle at 18 degree increments. The two items that follow are used together as part of the set. Spline Top Post (9-1/2 x 19 ) spline insert, 4100-32AS Spline Tip, Double Bend Post/Clamp, circulator applied, 4160-S Extender Bar w/Cross Square (6-1/2 extension), 4100-39S, provides direct upward lift of xiphoid area. Can be set up in either the horizontal or right angle position. Dull Rake Plate (special order), 4100-52D.
