Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 15, on behalf of the St. Louis MO VA Medical Center, St. Louis MO, anticipates the award of a Firm Fixed Price Service contract for the planned maintenance and repair of four (4) installed Arjohuntleigh Inc. Freedom Bath walk-in bath units and one (1) Rhapsody P300 height adjustable therapeutic bath on-site at the VA Medical Center, St Louis MO. These services are being acquired in accordance with FAR part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisitions. Please see the attached solicitation VA255-17-Q-0037 for additional information regarding this requirement. This acquisition was previously solicited with a 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) participation only. However, due to a lack of response it is being re-solicited for full and open competition with no socio-economic set-aside. The government anticipates awarding a contract for a base one (1) year period with up to four (4) optional year periods. Award will be by Best Value, considering price, technical capabilities and past performance. Please see the attached solicitation for a Statement of Work (SOW), terms and conditions. Offers shall be submitted in accordance with solicitation section E INSTRUCTIONS FOR QUOTATION SUBMISSIONS. The applicable North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this procurement is 811219 OTHER ELECTRONIC AND PRECISION EQUIPMENT REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE, which has a size standard of $20.5 Million. All information for this solicitation will be posted on FedBizOpps http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Potential bidders MUST register at FedBizOpps www.fedbizopps.gov in order to receive notifications and/or changes to the solicitation.
