We are seeking information for market research purposes only. The Government will not pay for any information solicited The VHA Network Contracting Office 6 (NCO 6) is conducting a market survey to find qualified vendors who can provide the following service(s) according to the statement of work below for the Fayetteville Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC), 2300 Ramsey Street, Fayetteville NC 28301: STATEMENT OF WORK REPLACE ATS #6 VAMC FAYETTEVILLE NC Vendor shall provide all, tools, material, equipment and supervision to perform the replacement of Caterpillar Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) # 6 M# CBTS / 400A Serial # TSC01344 located in EB1 Electric room at the Fayetteville VA Medical Center as follows: Provide and install: 1ea. New CAT open transition, Bypass-Isolation ATS switch, 400 amp., 120/208volt, 3 pole 1ea. NEMA-1 Indoor Enclosure. ATS to match features of existing ATS #6 (S/N TSC01344) Installation of new ATS: Provide, deliver and connect one portable 100KW Generator to panel #EAE to back up existing loads that this ATS serves including the main elevators and main chilled water pumps while this work is being performed. Disconnect, Remove and Dispose of existing ATS. Delivery and Rigging of new ATS. Re-connect existing load conductors and control wires from old ATS to new ATS. Work to be done after hours to lessen impact on VAMC. Starting late afternoon and work throughout the night until new ATS is operational. Provide factory start-up and testing of new ATS and re-energize ATS with panel EAE loads. Provide 2 year standby warranty for parts, labor and travel for new ATS. Interested firms are reminded that in accordance with FAR 4.1201(a) Prospective contractors shall complete electronic annual representations and certifications at the System for Award Management (SAM) as a part of required registration in conjunction with FAR 4.1102(a) that states, Prospective contractors shall be registered in the (SAM) database prior to award of a contract or agreement. Therefore, due to time constraints, vendors will be required to be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) at http://www.sam.gov to be considered for an award.
