- RFI - Market Research The 711th Human Performance Wing (HPW), United States School of Aerospace Medicine (USAFSAM), is conducting market research to identify potential commercial sources for daily operation and maintenance of the centrifuge and research altitude chambers required to maintain and support the productivity and continuity of the 711 Human Performance Wing (HPW) research, development, testing, and evaluation (RDT&E) and aircrew training programs during their transition from Brooks City-Base, TX (BC-B) to Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, OH (WPAFB). The current intent is to issue a sole source contract to Wyle Science, Technology & Engineering Group.
