- Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, Pacific (SSC Pacific) intends to award a contract on a sole source basis to JIN (a Woman Owned Small Business) for services to provide continued software engineering and database services in integrating the SSC Atlantic Contracting Data Base (IMO Net) with the SSC Pacific Contracting Data Base (IMO Tracker). This effort is required to continue support of upgrades to the IMO Tracker tool via the Change Request process and maintain the Sponsor-Lead configuration (META) database which tracks implemented business processes. The effort requires the contractor to understand IMO Net and IMO Tracker infrastructure and software framework and to maintain the IMO Net user interfaces into the SPAWAR PEO integrated Data Environment and Repository (SPIDER) infrastructure. These services include requirement gathering, analysis and definition, business process re-engineering; software and database design, development and integration; application demonstration and evaluation; configuration management; production support and training of the added capability within the user community. JIN has the required in-depth understanding of the business rules implemented in all the involved applications to include SPIDER, IMO Tracker, and IMO Net. The applicable NAICS Code is 541512 and the business size standard is $27.5M. Be advised that the aforementioned information is anticipatory in nature and is not binding. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any Woman Owned Small Business believing that it can perform these services may be considered by the agency. Interested Woman Owned Small Business parties may identify its interest and capabilities in response to this synopsis, and must clearly demonstrate the firms ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy, and reliability of services provided.
