- The National Park Service seeks proposals from qualified Women-Owned, Small Businesses to provide a 1 1/2 overlay of asphalt hot mix of select paved roads and parking areas in the Round Spring Area of Ozark National Scenic Riverways. This requirement is being set aside as a Women-Owned, Small Business set-aside in accordance with FAR 19.1500. IAW FAR 52.219-30(d)4): Construction by special trade contractors, the concern will perform at least 25 percent of the cost of the contract with its own employees (not including the cost of materials). Award of this solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price contract. Onsite construction work shall be executed between 1 Mar 2017 - 14 May 2017. This is non-negotiable. The magnitude of construction is between $250,000 to $500,000. NAICS: 237310, Size Standard: $36.5M. See FAR Clause 52.236-27 concerning an organized site visit.
