Please see special announcment on FBO for more details. ********************** 28 September 2016- PdM UGV presently forecasts releasing a Request for Proposal (RFP) W56HZV-150R-0086 for MTRS Inc II October 2016. Please see this link for more information: https://www.fbo.gov/notices/2e8e40b07a9c5808e931acacab2fecf1 UPDATE 29 Jan 2016: Revised optional use of Government Operator Control Unit software (i.e. Multi-Operator Control Unit - MOCU) to require the use of Government provided software for proposal consideration. UPDATE 05 May 2016: MOCU Request For Information- PdM UGV is seeking to obtain industry input relating to the use of Multi-robot Operator Control Unit (MOCU TM ) software prior to the upcoming Man Transportable Robotic System, Increment II (MTRS Inc II) Request for Proposal (RFP). Please submit your signed TOU/NDA for access and electronic responses for this request to: Ms. Karen Blasky via email at karen.e.blasky.civ@mail.mil no later than 18 May 2016 by 1600 EST. UPDATE 6 MAY 2016: NDA for JCAD The Joint Chemical Agent Detector (JCAD) M4A1 is one of five CBRN Sensors being integrated on to MTRS Inc II. The JCAD is manufactured by Smiths Detection and provides real time detection of nerve, blister and blood agent vapors. Smith Detection requires a Non-Disclosure Agreement prior to providing JCAD technical Interface data. This NDA process can take up to 7 weeks for approval. Interested MTRS Inc II offerors should initiate the NDA as soon as possible allowing adequate time to process. Please download and follow the directions on the NDA for routing.
