- Limited Source Justification The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has a requirement for co-sponsorship for Community Anti-Drug Coalitions of America's (CADCA) 2017 National Leadership Forum for the period of 2/6/2017-2/9/2017, to be held at the Gaylord National Hotel & Convention Center in Maryland. The CADCA Forum is the nation's largest training event for community prevention leaders, treatment professionals, & researchers. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, the Government intends to issue a single firm fixed price purchase order. This is anticipated to be a sole source award to CADCA as it supports approximately 5,000 community anti-drug coalitions nationally, and has been sponsoring the National Forum for over 25 years to provide technical assistance and support to their members. All interested sources shall submit a quotation which will be evaluated. Responses shall be submitted to Morgan.R.Hairston@usdoj.gov no later than November 11, 2016 at 11:00am EST.
