- (I) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (II) Solicitation W912R1-17-LAUNDRY is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). (III) This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses for commercial items in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-56. (IV) This acquisition is a 100% set-aside for SMALL business concerns. The associated NAICS code for this acquisition is 812320; Standard Industrial Classification code is 7211; Small Business size standard is 5.5M. (V) SCHEDULE OF SUPPLIES/SERVICES: See attached Price List (VI) This solicitation is for LAUNDRY SERVICES IAW industry standards. (VII) FOB Destination point is: DCANG 189 Poremba Ct SW, Bldg. 350 JBAB, Washington, DC 20373 Pick-up locations will be within the DC Metro area. (IX) The government intends to award a contract to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror without discussions with respective offerors. The government, however, reserves the right to conduct discussions if deemed in the best interest of the government.
