- Provides time, date, directions and aerial photograph for location of pre-bid meeting Amendment 0001: It is anticipated that this solicitation will be issued on November 14, 2016. In order to allow adequate notification to potential bidders, this notice is amended in order to provide information regarding the pre-bid meeting/site visit for the solicitation. The meeting will be held at the Miller Field Project site in the parking lot located at 508 New Dorp Lane, Staten Island, NY, on Thursday, November 17, 2016, beginning at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time. The attachment provides a site location aerial for the meeting location. This information will be included in the solicitation when issued.
