- A&M RFI The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to obtain industry input on the auction and marshalling of Federal Government vehicles. Specifically through this RFI, GSA seeks to understand how to: maximize sales proceeds, minimizing time to sell, and minimize the time to assign vehicles to the vehicle end user. GSA intends to use the information provided in the responses for planning purposes and to help make strategic decisions in the development of a requirements document. No entitlement to payment by the Government of direct or indirect costs or charges will arise as a result of the submission of information. The Government shall not be liable for, or suffer any, consequential damages for any improperly identified proprietary information. GSA is not seeking cost or price information to be included in your response - do not submit price information. Do not include trade secrets or any proprietary information that is not protected by copyright, patent, or trademark, and any documents or exhibits marked as confidential, proprietary, secret, or with any other encumbrances or restrictions. The Government will not accept responses submitted on electronic media (flash or pin drives, CD or DvDs); your submission shall only be accepted by e-mail. The Government will not return pictures, documents, graphs and or other requested information. All information provided to GSA is being provided for planning and market research purposes at this time. Subsequent requests may follow in the future as necessary.
