THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS Uninterruptible Power Supplies The Network Contracting Office (NCO) 4, Coatesville VA Medical Center, intends to release Solicitation VA244-17-Q-0135 for contractors to provide Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS) to the Coatesville VA Medical Center located at 1400 Blackhorse Hill Rd., Coatesville, PA 19320. The full solicitation will be posted on the Federal Business Opportunities (FEDBIZOPPS) website at www.fbo.gov on or about November 9, 2016. This full solicitation will be a total 100% set-aside for Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. Vendors must be verified in VetBiz at time of quote submission and at time of award. Vendors who are not verified will be deemed Non-Responsive and not considered for award. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this procurement is 335999, All Other Miscellaneous Electrical Equipment and Component Manufacturing; the size standard is 500 employees. This will be a Firm Fixed Price Requirements Contract with delivery of items to be within 30 days after receipt of an order.
