- Map of Detour is attached. Notification regarding Interstate 74 (I-74) Westbound Directions: The State Street Exit, or Exit 4, is closed to motorists. Motorists are now expected to take a detour. The Iowa Department of Transportation recommends motorists traveling north on westbound I-74 may access U.S. 67/State Street by continuing north and exiting at the Middle Road interchange (Exit 3), then turning left onto Middle Road, then using the eastbound I-74 on-ramp, and then traveling south on eastbound I-74 to the Grant Street/State Street interchange (Exit 4). A map is attached for reference.
