The Government proposes to acquire, on a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, a minimum quantity of 318 each up to a maximum of 938 each of a HOUSING AND LINER ASSY, OUTPUT-TAIL GEARBOX, NSN: 1615-01-376-4398, Part Number: 70358-06609-043 applicable to the BE UH-60 BLACKHAWK weapon systems. Production Lead Time with First Article Testing is 318 each, 405 Days After Contract Award DACA). Production Lead Time without First Article Testing is 318 each, 270 DACA, with deliveries to NEW CUMBERLAND, PA, 17070-5002. Forecasted quantities are: 1st Year, 318 each, 2nd Year, 180 each, 3rd Year, 180 each, 4TH Year 180 each, 5th Year, 180 each. This item is restricted to: TIMKEN AEROSPACE TRANSMISSIONS, LLC, Cage code: 1515 APEX MFG CO INC., Cage code: 2V343 SIKORSKY AIRCRAFT CORPORATION, Cage code: 78286 The Government does not have adequate data, lacks rights to data, or both needed to purchase this part from additional sources. The rights to use the data needed to purchase this part from additional source(s) are not owned by the Government and cannot be purchased, developed, or otherwise obtained. It is uneconomical to reverse engineer this part. This code is used in situations where the Government has the data but does not own the rights to the data.
