- This sources sought notice is being posted to satisfy the requirement under the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement PGI 206.302-1(d). The Naval Surface warfare Center (NSWC), Corona Division intends to award on a sole source basis to Equipto Electronics Corporation, 351 Woodlawn Avenue, Aurora, IL 60506-9988 for the following proprietary equipment: Clin PN Description Qty 1 A-02466-3A NEMA 20x20x6 Type 6P w/ Connectors 1 2 NEC Non-Recurring Engineering Charge NNC 1 3 A-02466-4A NEMA 20x20x6 Type 3R w/ Connectors 1 4 NEC Non-Recurring Engineering Charge NNC 1 5 Freight Freight Charge 1 Total This notice is published for informational purposes only and not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responsible sources may submit their technical capabilities, which if received by 11 November 2016, shall be considered by NSWC Corona. Responses must be submitted in writing to the procurement specialist, Luke Salazar, via email at your luke.salazar@navy.mil no later than 12:00 pm PST on the date noted above. Email should reference Sources Sought Notice N64267-17-T-0018 in the subject. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
