- Limited Sources Justification Limited Sources Justification for labor and material to core drill and install 2' conduit path from the 38th floor to the roof penthouse at the JCK Federal Building. In addition, furnish and install 3 pull boxes (8x8x4) and leave 2 pull strings in place to allow for future cable installations. The period of performance (POP) will be for a twelve (12) month base period from date of award.
