The Government proposes to acquire, on a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, a minimum quantity of 8 each up to 40 each maximum of a Accessory Kit, Environmental; NSN: 4330-01-606-3733; Part Number: 7-562104013-613 applicable to the BZ AH-46 (Apache) weapon system. Production Lead Time without First Article Testing is 8 each, 270 Days After Contract Award (DACA) with deliveries to TRACY, CA 95304-5000. This item is restricted to Boeing, CAGE CODE: 8V613. The data needed to acquire this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, economical description of the material for a competitive solicitation. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves.
