- N00164-17-G-WS71-0001 - SOLE SOURCE - AN/ALQ-218 & AEA Fleet Support Team (FST) & Sustainment/Repair Depot - FSC J016 - NAICS - 334511 Anticipated Issue Date 4 December 2016 - Anticipated Closing Date 2 February 2017 Time 12:00PM EST THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER N00164-17-G-WS71. Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane plans to enter into Job Order 0001 under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00164-17-G-WS71 to procure assemblies, subassemblies, bit/piece parts, testers and associated equipment, ancillary equipment, engineering and technical support, research, development and design, product improvements, system and subsystem integration, repairs, training, logistical and fleet support, drawings, data, and software associated with the AN/ALQ-218 and all variants of these systems. This effort will be sole sourced to Northrop Grumman Corporation - Mission Systems 1508A West Nursery Road, Linthicum Heights, MD 21090-2202 in accordance with the authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and implemented by FAR 6.302-1. Individual Job Orders will also be synopsized 30 days prior to award. The Government does not possess a complete technical data package to compete this action. A competitive procurement approach would result in significant duplication of costs, unacceptable delays in service and inadmissible operational availability in the Fleet No hard copies of the solicitation will be mailed. Offers must be submitted in the format specified by the solicitation. It is the responsibility of the offeror to submit offers to the POC at NSWC Crane. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. All changes to the requirement that occur prior to the closing date will be executed via an amendment.
