- RFO Package was corrected to accurately list the NAICS as 237990. Amendment #2 issued to incorporate clarifications resulting from the site visit. Correction: Amendment #1 issued to reschedule the site visit for 11/3/16 at 1:00PM EDT, and extend the offer due date until 11/10/16. Solicitation/RFO announcement for The FAA Eastern Acquisition Service Area, Boston Acquisition Office, has a new construction effort for the RCO OSHA Upgrades at St. Simons island, GA. Engineering/Facility Point of Contact (POC) will be Stephen Vitale at 404.305.7077. The performance period, is thirty (30) calendar days, after receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP). This project is set aside competitively 100% for Small Business Concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 237990, with a size standard of $36.5 MILLION. The Request for Offer (RFO), including Specifications, Specification, SOW, Drawings, Product Info, and Wage Rates, are attached to this announcement. All documents are available in.pdf format and may be viewed with the applicable version of Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Acrobat Professional. The price range for this requirement is $25,000.00 to $40,000.00.
