- Market Research Survey Draft PWS THIS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE IS FOR MARKET RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY AND SHOULD NOT BE CONSTRUED AS A SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT. The submission of requested information is for planning purposes to determine the availability of potential and eligible contractors for a single award to provide house cleaning services at on-base DoD military housings in Okinawa, Japan. It is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to procure any services, nor does the Government intend to award a contract on the basis of this request for information. The Government will not reimburse contractors for any cost incurred for their participation in this Sources Sought. No solicitation and performance work statement will be available at this time; therefore, please do not request for a copy of a solicitation. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future solicitation, if any is issued. If a solicitation is released, it will be synopsized on the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website. It is the responsibility of the potential offerors to monitor the site for additional information pertaining to this requirement. This is to identify potential offerors who can provide House Cleaning Services for all on-base DoD housing units in Okinawa, Japan. Sources, BOTH prime contractor and sub-contractors (if any) MUST have licenses from Government of Japan to operate within the house cleaning services in Okinawa, Japan and MUST be registered in System for Award Management (SAM). The projected performance period is five (5) years (One Base Year plus four Option Years and will be performed in its entirety in Okinawa, Japan. Companies who are interested should respond electronically to SSgt Darrell Thornburgh via email at darrell.thornburgh@us.af.mil by 1600 hours (4:00 PM) Japan Standard Time of 15 November 2016. Include the following information: 1. Company name and address 2. Physical location of company 3. Point of contact with name, title, phone, fax, and email 4. CAGE code and DUNS number 5. Have License(s) from Government of Japan to perform House Cleaning Services: YES, have license from GOJ?, or NO, do NOT have license from GOJ? Description of Service: The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to perform HOUSE CLEANING SERVICES FOR ALL ON-BASE DOD HOUSING, OKINAWA, JAPAN following the change of occupancy maintenance located on various U.S. military installations, Okinawa, Japan. House Cleaning Services include full standard basic cleaning services and itemized cleaning services of one or more of the following areas: Carpet, Floors, Bathrooms, Kitchen, Windows, Windows and Blinds, Balcony, Bedrooms, Exterior, Trash Receptacle Area and Trash Cans/Recycle Bins, Storage and Utility Rooms, HVAC Fan Blower Units, Interior/Exterior Doors, and Interior Walls and Ceilings and Garage.
