Description

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS Various Fuels The Network Contracting Office (NCO) 4 intends to release Solicitation VA244-17-Q-0078 for contractors to provide various types of fuel such as Unleaded Gasoline, Heating Oil, E85, Diesel On-Road and Off-Road and Bio-Diesel to the Altoona, Coatesville and Lebanon VA Medical Centers in Pennsylvania. The full solicitation will be posted on the Federal Business Opportunities (FEDBIZOPPS) website at www.fbo.gov on or about November 10, 2016. The type of set-aside for this solicitation has yet to be decided, at a minimum it would be a Small Business but potentially could be set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this procurement is 324110, Petroleum Refineries; the size standard is 1,500 employees. This will be a Firm Fixed Price Requirements Contract with delivery of items to be within 2 days after receipt of an order. All questions should be directed to the Contracting Specialist at the email address listed below. All offerors must be registered in SAMS data base, see https://www.sam.gov and complete online Reps and Certs at http://www.sam.gov. Amendments to the solicitation will be posted to this website only. All offerors must obtain amendments at this website; hard copies will not be mailed.
